Berks Arts offers customized ticketing services to other organizations, whether the events are connected to our festivals or not. Please reach out to info@berksarts.org if you have any questions.

Please share any arts-related scholarships your organization offers for Berks County students.

Artwork must be digitally submitted no later than 11:59 pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2025.

All work must be submitted using this provided digital submission form.

Artists are encouraged to provide photos, videos, and links to allow the juror the best possible opportunity to examine and evaluate artwork. 

*All media are eligible for consideration.

*All work must be original and made within the past three years by the person submitting the work.

*Works previously submitted for The Art of Jazz will not be accepted.

*Art size may be limited to our ability to display.

*Work must be suitably mounted and ready to hang, including glass protection where appropriate.

*Clip frames and sawtooth hangers will not be accepted.

*All frames must have hanging hardware, including wire and safely cushioned glass. Indicate the top of each work by the proper placement (top/left/back) of your entry tag. 

*For 3D work, place label on the base of the work. 

*Exhibition acceptance and gallery placement will be determined by the juror.

*This is a new submission platform for Berks Arts in 2024/25. All applicants must create a new account first.

Restaurants, hotels, and local businesses interested in sponsoring Berks Arts and one or more of its associated Festivals should submit their initial information for promotion here.

Venues in and around Berks County, PA host events during the annual Berks Jazz Fest. Events submitted here will be promoted on Berks Arts' appropriate websites and social media channels. The Berks Jazz Fest lineup is announced in November, so all events submitted prior to that will be included in the launch.
