ONLY COMPLETED FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Receipt of the Registration Fee officially reserves your spot on the schedule. Registration Fee of $300/Berks County Schools and $450/non-Berks County schools must be received within 30 days of submission of this form. If not received, your application will be deleted, and you’ll need to re-register.
REGARDING MEALS & SNACKS: Schools may bring their own lunch, beverages and snacks which can be stored with your equipment. Snacks and water will be available for purchase on site. If you want to order lunch through the DoubleTree, you’ll contact them directly. Contact info will be provided closer to the event date.

Berks Arts adds to the excitement of the Boscov's Berks Jazz Fest by inviting local and regional artisans to showcase and sell their beautiful handiwork in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading and the Scottish Rite Cathedral throughout the festival. Fans are urged to stop by and visit these talented artists and support small business owners in the arts industry. Merchandise includes jewelry, hats, handbags, scarves, and more!
Space is limited and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Restaurants, hotels, and local businesses interested in purchasing ad space in one or more of Berks Arts' printed festival materials should submit their initial information for promotion here.
Venues in and around Berks County, PA host events during the annual Berks Jazz Fest. Events submitted here will be promoted on Berks Arts' appropriate websites and social media channels.
